How TradeOS isolates customer dispatch operations, GPS records, and technician work orders.
All customer addresses, service photos, and GPS logs are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.3.
Workforce data is strictly partitioned by organization ID with least-privilege security rules.
Offline synchronization is not implemented in the current demonstration. A production release must define local storage, authentication, conflict handling, and device-loss controls before offline customer data is enabled.
