By creating an organization account on TradeOS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You represent that you possess authority to manage field scheduling and dispatching for your organization.
AI Field Work OS provides algorithmic routing, exception handling, and digital checklist verification. The software does not independently supervise physical field safety or employee compliance with occupational safety regulations (OSHA). Managers remain responsible for final operational oversight.
Organizations are billed monthly via Stripe based on the base platform rate plus the number of active worker seats utilized during the billing cycle. Cancellation and seat changes require a verified production billing workspace; the current demonstration does not create or manage subscriptions. Billing treatment for seat changes must be displayed in Stripe before purchase.
